Site Selection & Evaluation - Finding the right building or piece of land that fits the goals of an organization is essential. The design, engineering, and construction can be flawless, but if the infrastructure is fighting your end-goals, you’re going to expend unnecessary effort and capital.

preconstruction and project planning

Preconstruction/Project Planning - We’ll assign a dedicated project manager and estimating staff to help guide your project right from the conceptual stages. Our team provides conceptual estimating, scheduling, procurement, A/E coordination, unique value engineering solutions, input on constructability, cost analysis, and permitting.

Pariseault design build

Design/Build – Our project managers and senior estimators work hand-in-hand from start to finish with the A/E team to help design a project to fit a desired budget. This allows for accurate pricing and presentation of alternative solutions early-on so changes can take place before it becomes too costly to make them.

construction management

Construction Management – We bring the construction professionals on board early, collaborating with the A/E team to develop target value design and consult with ownership. Our CM approach is beneficial for complex projects that may require a fast-tracked schedule or involved phasing of the work. We maintain full transparency throughout the entire process,  acquiring open-book competitive pricing on the subcontractor level, and reviewing with the owner to make selections as a team.

General Contracting - GC bids provide a heightened level of certainty for an owner, and Pariseault is no stranger to winning these competitive projects on a regular basis. Clients can rest assured that any general contracting proposal offered by Pariseault will be not only competitive, but responsible.

post occupancy services and maintenance

Post Occupancy Services & Maintenance - The customer service doesn’t end when we cut the ribbon. We’ll be there to assist with training, warranty services and any emergency facility needs that may arise. And our staff will visit the facility one-year after completion to perform a walk-through and remedy any issues before warranties expire.
