Our number one priority is the health and safety of everyone on a Pariseault Builders job site. Our ever-improving safety program exceeds the industry standard, thanks in no small part to the tireless efforts of our staff. Our success in job site safety is a direct result of the clear and open communication of expectations to all employees, subcontractors, and vendors. The project team reviews specific hazards and develops a project specific safety plan that’s incorporated into all subcontract agreements, then reviewed with all workers before entering the site. In-the-field leaders conduct weekly Toolbox Talks with all on-site employees, providing an opportunity to review upcoming activities and address any specific safety concerns.
