Safety

Safety is a journey that requires a commitment to constant improvement.

Every safe job site is built on the clear and open communication of expectations.
Project-specific safety plans are incorporated into all subcontract agreements.
Weekly Toolbox Talks allow the team to address specific safety concerns.

Investment in Safety

Our number one priority is the health and safety of everyone on a Pariseault Builders job site. Our ever-improving safety program exceeds the industry standard, thanks in no small part to the tireless efforts of Safety Director, R.J. Fournier, who not only founded our safety program, but continues to oversee implementation and take the lead when it comes to discovering new technologies. Our success in job site safety is a direct result of the clear and open communication of expectations to all employees, subcontractors, and vendors. The project team reviews specific hazards and develops a project specific safety plan that’s incorporated into all subcontract agreements, then reviewed with all workers before entering the site. In-the-field leaders conduct weekly Toolbox Talks with all on-site employees, providing an opportunity to review upcoming activities and address any specific safety concerns.

Our highly effective and ever-improving safety program exceeds the industry standard...
We take great pride in our continuous development to meet the unique day-to-day challenges our employees encounter.

Our guiding principles:

Reward Pariseault employees who work safely. The recognition of good habits is key to promoting our safety culture. We believe it’s the most productive way to establish a program that puts praise ahead of reprimand. Those who go above-and-beyond are presented with The President’s Award, which also includes an exclusive customized jacket, a citation, and permanent recognition on the President’s Award Wall at our Cranston headquarters. When it comes down to it, the only acceptable result is for everyone to return home safely to their families at the end of each work day.
