This project consisted of interior renovations to an existing 30,000-square-foot building for an occupied and fully operational charter school in Worcester, MA. The phased renovation included comprehensive code upgrades, new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm systems, as well as the renovation of classroom areas and installation of new code-compliant bathrooms. Meticulous coordination and scheduling were critical to ensure safety and minimize disruption to daily school activities. Pariseault Builders’ team executed the work with precision and care, delivering a refreshed, functional, and compliant educational environment that supports the school’s mission of providing a high-quality learning experience.
