Pariseault Builders’ experienced healthcare team was engaged to deliver a fast-paced, multi-area renovation at Southcoast Health’s Lindentree Health Center in Portsmouth, RI. The project scope included the installation of new exterior sidewalks and ramps to improve accessibility, as well as interior upgrades featuring new partitions, openings, finishes, and furnishings. Additional work involved roof flashing replacements and targeted modifications to the existing MEP/FP systems to support updated layouts and enhance building performance.
