Pariseault was engaged by the OPM and School to assist in driving the scope of work towards a desired budget. This $10M mill renovation project included interior work to over 33,000 sf of space to accommodate the expansion of the school's current program into this new environment in Pawtucket. When all phases are complete, the new learning space will be home to 400 high school students and this first phase of work will focus mainly on the 1st and 2nd floors. This new High School will include five learning communities containing multiple-sized learning studios around an agile Learning Commons. Special program spaces will include a Library programmed as a “Global Learning Commons,” Project-based Science Labs, Maker spaces, and dedicated outdoor learning spaces.
