This repeat client came to Pariseault in 2023 and requested turn-key design build services to deliver a 1,500 square foot addition to their existing building. The new space will be home to a new half-court gymnasium for recreation and student use. The project calls for new foundation and steel structure, gas service, mechanical and electrical utilities. Pariseault assumed the design/build team leader and engaged long time design partners NewPort Architecture to collaborate on the project.
