Fast Tracked Schedule

Involving the complete renovation of an existing 1960s health clinic and the construction of a 2,500 square foot addition, this project features nine exam rooms, two behavioral health consult offices, blood draw lab, clinical support spaces, and a multipurpose room. Extensive site work was required to accommodate parking and stormwater management. A new sewage disposal system and new retaining walls were also required due to the site topography.
