A few years before to their Wakefield dealership project, Pariseault was brought in to help Flood Auto Group transform their main office and Ford Dealership in East Greenwich. Our team added a large service bay addition, moved corporate offices to the second floor of the addition, and completely renovated their showroom and sales offices. We performed work in a sequential and phased manner that allowed the dealership to remain open and operational throughout construction. The ability to avoid moving out of the space during construction while still realizing revenue was key for this client.
