Cranston Municipal Credit Union New Branch

Cranston, RI

This project involved the ground-up construction of a new 2,500-square-foot, single-story, slab-on-grade commercial building serving as a branch facility for Cranston Municipal Credit Union. From site preparation and foundational work through full building shell and core construction, the project was executed with a focus on precision, efficiency, and quality craftsmanship. The interior buildout includes private offices, conference rooms, secure banking areas, a welcoming customer service lobby, and support spaces tailored to the operational needs of the credit union. Each element was designed and constructed to enhance both staff functionality and customer experience.  Delivered through a collaborative partnership with NES Group, the owner’s representative, and Studio S Architecture, this project reflects Pariseault Builders’ ability to deliver high-quality, community-focused spaces through teamwork, expertise, and attention to detail.

Challenges: Ground-Up Construction Logistics

About The Client: A little over 75 years ago a group of employees working for the City of Cranston imagined a better way of banking and gave their co-workers a safe place to save, borrower and help each other build their financial future. Today CME Credit Union continues this tradition by providing a place “Where Your Story Matters”.
