Clark University Weight Training Rooms

Worcester, MA

Weight Room Renovations

This project involved selective interior renovations to enhance circulation and functionality within Clark University’s athletic facility with the conversion of racquetball courts to weight/training rooms. Work included the creation of three new 6-foot-wide framed openings in existing masonry walls, as well as the addition of a new egress door and a small framed vestibule to improve access and safety. The scope also encompassed floor leveling in the corridor connecting the two existing athletic courts and painting throughout all affected areas. These targeted improvements modernize the space while supporting Clark University’s commitment to providing high-quality athletic environments for its students and staff.
