Located in the heart of Brown University's historic campus, this project required a careful balance between preserving the building’s architectural integrity and introducing modern updates to enhance functionality and efficiency. Our team worked closely with Brown and the design partners to execute detailed interior upgrades, integrate new mechanical and electrical systems, and restore key architectural features. The result is a bright, welcoming environment that supports Brown's admissions team and creates a meaningful first impression for prospective students and their families. Delivered within an active campus setting, the project team was called upon to plan, coordinate, and deliver this complex renovation while maintaining safety, schedule, and quality standards.
