Pariseault Builders was selected to deliver construction management services for the $2.2M renovations for the property at 85 Garfield Ave to house a K-5 school program for the 2019/20 school year. The space was originally designed as a private technical college and some renovations were required for the building to be suitable for a K-8 school environment. Pariseault was involved early on and pre-construction services and included advising on construction costs, constructability, scheduling and phasing. The project included renovations for code compliance, life safety improvements, RIDE and other regulatory requirements, recreational amenities, facility operations, security improvements, and other immediate needs.
